Congratulations Colorado health freedom activists, for passing SB-215, the Colorado Natural Health Consumer Act in May 2013! The group is committed to repealing an amendment added at the eleventh hour which limits parental rights of choice, but the bill is passed. It was first introduced in 2008 and again in 2010 It protects consumer access to practitioners such as herbalists, traditional naturopaths, homeopaths, and other healing arts practitioners practicing in the public domain
Also passed in 2013 was a Naturopathic Doctors Licensing Bill. Colorado’s Sunshine Health Freedom group will be given an award at the Health Freedom Congress in June, 2013. Congratulations!
